rif command - Radio InterFace

• Previous this command was hw, it is changed to RIF as it is a better description of the actual actions it perform.

   

• • rif        : Display and control radio interface configuration.
• Usage:   rif [txdelay|outmvpp|pttin|sqlin|pttout|conf|save] [value]

• rif conf
  Radio interface configuration
     txdelay : 200 mS
     outmvpp : 300 mVpp
     sqlin   : active(0)
     pttin   : active(0)
     pttout  : active(0)
